Our fee for credit repair is $198.00 (non refundable) start up fee & $99.00 a month for a maximum of twelve months (you are only obligated to pay for as many months your process may take). If all negative items are removed from you're credit reports before the full twelve months than you will not be obligated to pay the remaining months.
Our money back policy is based on the assessed value of services provided. Meaning any negative item removed from the credit reports as unverifiable, erroneous, outdated will be assessed a $150.00 value. If the sum of the value is less than the total amount paid for services by the client then CDSOA will refund the difference.
Example 1
Total fee paid $1368.00, CDSOA removed seven negative items then it will be 7 x $150.00= $1050.00. Refund would be $138.00 (not including the set up fee).
Example 2
Total fee paid $1368.00, CDSOA removed ten negative items then it will be 10x$150.00=$1500.00. Client not entitled to a refund.
 Our fee for the lump sum payment debt settlement program is $100.00 for every account you hire CDSOA to negotiate (must be paid before each settlement is started) and 10% of the money CDSOA saves you. Example: If you have a debt of $10,000.00 and CDSOA negotiates and settles it for $4,000.00 that means you saved $6,000.00. So CDSOA would be entitled to $600.00. 10% x $6,000.00= $600.00.
We also have a monthly payment debt settlement program if this fits your financial situation better or if you would just simply prefer to do it this way. The fee is a flat fee determined off the total amount of debt you have. The fees vary depending how much debt you have. The CDSOA representative will let you know what your fee is depending on how much debt you have. You must have at least $6000.00 in total debt to qualify for the monthly program
